Formation of digital economic environment and modification of market business structures caused the emergence of digital assets. The concept presented and its effectiveness is planned to be considered in this session from a legal, economic and informational position. In addition, a well-known bank presented the first look at the concept of its own digital currency. It looks like a natural development of a currency in today’s digital world, but the initiative has been met with quite serious criticism from market participants. To date, plans for central bank digital currencies are still quite unclear. These and other related issues will be discussed during the session.
